Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore personal challenges, build insight, and develop effective coping strategies. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may focus on concerns such as trauma, anxiety, mood symptoms, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Treatment is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based approaches—including EMDR when appropriate—to support healing, self-trust, and meaningful, lasting change.
Group therapy offers a supportive environment where individuals can gain insight, reduce isolation, and practice new skills alongside others with shared experiences. Groups are structured, trauma-informed, and facilitated with an emphasis on safety, respect, and mutual support. Current groups offered: Codependency Group – focused on boundaries, self-worth, attachment patterns, and shifting from role-based identity to values-based living. Beyond Borderline Group – designed to support emotional regulation, relational stability, and recovery beyond diagnosis, with a focus on skills, insight, and self-trust.
